Shipping policy

Goldmine Collective sells fully customized apparel and products. It takes up to 15 business days for the manufacturing of the merchandise.   This is the amount of time until the order leaves the factory and is the processing time for the order. Total delivery time is the processing time plus the expected shipping time for order based on carrier & service selected.

Once manufacturing is complete, we will ship your order. Payment is due when the order is placed.

The delivery of the shipped order will depend upon the shipping option that selected at checkout on the eCommerce site or agreed to when the order is received. We offer multiple shipment options via multiple carriers

Destinations we ship to include all fifty states, Washington DC, US Territories, US PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses as well as internationally. We will and do ship all over the world.

All shipping is currently calculated based on the products ordered size and weight of the package and the ship to address on the order.

We reserve the right to change the shipping method to a higher service to ensure we are meeting the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.

Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address.

For orders that contain products that follow different manufacturing paths may create multiple shipments. We ship the products as they are ready so you may receive your order in multiple packages and on different days.
